Holbeach is a market town on the A17 between Spalding and King’s Lynn, with a busy High Street, primary and secondary schools, the University of Lincoln’s food campus on Park Road and the big food and farming employers that give the town its year-round demand for rental homes. Most of what we let is within walking distance of the centre: period flats above and behind the High Street, terraced and semi-detached houses off Fleet Street, Spalding Road and Boston Road, and newer homes on the estates towards Holbeach Hurn and Fleet Hargate.
