We Aim To Find You The Perfect Place To Live
The first step in finding your ideal place to live is to contact us with your property requirements, such as how many bedrooms you need and what locations are of interest to you. We will also need a brief overview about your current living arrangements and employment status.
Our database will then generate suitable properties for you to view. If your property search is not urgent, we will log your details so that we can contact you as soon as appropriate properties become available. It is a good idea to start looking for your new home about a four to six weeks before you wish to move, as nicer properties are often snapped up quickly.
TENANCIES
Our single let tenancies are granted for a minimum of 6 months and our room tenancies for a minimum of 3 months. We grant them for a minimum period to give you peace of mind and flexibility. Tenancies may be renewed after this initial period if all parties are in agreement.

VIEWINGS
Viewings are arranged at times to suit you and can be carried our face-to-face or virtually. A member of our team will accompany you on the visit and/or provide you with an online viewing depending on your circumstances and what you prefer. We will happily answer any questions you have and offer you guidance where required.
