We Aim To Find You The Perfect Place To Live

The first step in finding your ideal home is to contact us with your requirements — how many bedrooms you need, preferred locations, and a brief overview of your current living situation and employment. Our team will match you with suitable properties straight away, or log your details so we can contact you as soon as the right home becomes available. We recommend starting your search four to six weeks before you'd like to move, as our nicer properties are often snapped up quickly.

TENANCIES

We offer periodic (rolling) tenancy agreements with no fixed end date, giving you flexibility and long-term security in your home. To end your tenancy, you simply give two months' written notice — there are no arbitrary deadlines or forced renewals.
Under the Renters' Rights Act 2025, which came into force on 1 May 2026, all private tenancies in England are now assured periodic tenancies. This means:
  • No fixed end dates — your tenancy rolls on until you choose to leave
  • No-fault evictions are banned — you cannot be asked to leave without a valid legal reason
  • Rent increases are limited to once per year, and only via the formal Section 13 notice process — no surprise hikes
  • Advance rent is capped at one month — we will never ask you to pay several months upfront

VIEWINGS

Viewings are arranged at times to suit you and can be carried out face-to-face or virtually using our unique Interactive 3D Virtual Viewing tool. A member of our team will accompany you and happily answer any questions you have.

PETS

We welcome requests to keep pets in our properties. From 1 May 2026, tenants have a legal right to request a pet, and we will always consider requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact us or notify us in writing with details of your pet, and we will respond within 28 days.

BENEFITS & FAMILIES WELCOME

We do not operate blanket "no DSS" or "no children" policies. All applications are assessed on individual circumstances, and we are committed to providing fair, non-discriminatory access to our properties for all prospective tenants.

RENTERS' RIGHTS ACT INFORMATION SHEET

If you are an existing tenant, your landlord is required by law to provide you with the official Government Information Sheet explaining your new rights under the Renters' Rights Act 2025. You can also download it directly from GOV.UK:
